Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because Grow & Glow has limited seating and requires advance preparation… Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive store credit for a future Grow & Glow event. This allows us the opportunity to fill the spot. Store credit will be issued as a one-time use code and may be applied toward a future workshop. Refunds are not offered. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for credit and will forfeit the full registration fee.

After registering you will be emailed a confirmation with a Grow & Glow Participant Release, Consent, and Waiver of Liability. Please print, sign and email it to us prior to the workshop. You may also bring the signed waiver at drop-off; however, please notify us in advance if there is anything we should be aware of, especially food allergies or important considerations. A signed waiver is required for participation and will be kept on file for the 2026 calendar year, so you only need to submit it once a year. We also ask that families review the Grow & Glow behavior guidelines with their child before the event, particularly regarding phone use and respecting other participants’ privacy. This helps set clear expectations and ensures a positive experience for everyone.
