Craving a warm, buttery, flaky croissant? Ham and cheese? Pain au chocolate? Demystify one of the most famously flaky pastries in all of history! In our croissant workshop we'll cover techniques such as dough making, laminating, shaping and filling. And as a bonus, you'll leave with a fresh made dough to recreate the next batch at your home!
This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian
