What to know before coming to class:
All in-person classes take place in Chef Stacy's home kitchen. Please arrive 10 minutes before class time to find parking and Chef Stacy's apartment. We provide aprons, or you can bring your own. Unless noted in the class description above, all of our classes are hands-on and we cook together as a small group. We then eat our meal family style. Beverages will be provided. You may bring additional refreshments, including beer or wine. Please drink responsibly. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during the class.
All students will receive a portion of every meal made in class and the recipes to take home. Occasionally we may need to substitute ingredients or recipes. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking. Accommodations are not guaranteed but will be attempted.

Our adult classes are designed for participants aged 18 and above. However, participants below 18 years old may attend the class if an adult accompanies them. Please note, wine may be served to guests 21 and over.
Our classes are live, hands-on, and in Chef Stacy's kitchen. You will be using utensils, tools, and cooking equipment. Just as with any cooking experience in your home or in any of our classes, there is always a potential for injury.
