These Classes will be 90mins for board breaking and 120 mins for sparring. Our goal is to help you improve your technique and performance in all areas. These Classes will be 90mins for board breaking and 120 mins for sparring. Our goal is to help you improve your technique and performance in all areas. We encourage everyone to take advantage of these classes.
Board Breaking will be December 13th 1-2:30 pm, the cost is 35$ and will include 3 boards to break. You may purchase extra boards for 1.50$ each
Sparring will be December 20th 1-3pm, the cost in 35$
