Cooking seafood at home may seem scary but this class will show you how simple and satisfying it can be. Chef Clif Holt will share tips for taking advantage of what’s in season and available fresh, even at your local market.

Cooking classes start promptly at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning, 4:00 PM on Saturday afternoon and 6:00 PM during the week and will last up to 3 hours. Please, be on time.
ALL classes will consist of fresh sourced herbs, vegetables, fruits and meats. We do not use anything frozen, boxed or canned.
All classes are hands-on. You will be standing, cooking and working in the kitchen. Please wear comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will be on your feet for most of the class.
