Being that we are located in a very old building, there are no elevators or escalators. The only way into the upstairs studio is to climb up 18 stairs. We are currently exploring options and funding to make this space more accessible for everyone.
Reconnect with your body and mind through a rejuvenating blend of mindful movement. Guided by Nicole, each session artfully combines elements of yoga, qigong, Pilates, and basic strength training to create an experience that is both restorative and empowering.
You'll be guided through intentional movements designed to awaken the body, improve posture, build core stability, and calm the nervous system. With a focus on relaxed, purposeful motion, you’ll increase flexibility, deepen body awareness, and leave feeling grounded, open, and energized. Each class concludes with a guided meditation to integrate your practice and set the tone for your day.
No experience is necessary—just bring your breath, your body, and your curiosity. Come discover how mindful movement can uplift and support you from the inside out!
