WOW! - HDR Photography
Learn how to capture and process High Dynamic Range (HDR) images. HDR is a technique used to create images that show more details in both the shadows and highlight areas of an image. Have you ever taken a picture and the foreground looks great, but the skies were over exposed? Have you ever taken an images where you can’t see the details in the dark shadows? Our own eyes have the ability to see more dynamic range than our cameras are able to capture. With HDR photography you can overcome this problem making your images clearer and more vibrant. We will teach you how to capture these types of images as well as demonstrate several software packages that are used to process the HDR images. In this six session class we will have two field trips, Springton Manor Farm in Glenmore and Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site in Elverson on Saturday afternoons.
