MJC instructor Annie will show you how to make, from scratch, a realistic looking wood log made with a sponge roll cake, filled inside out with chocolate mocha butter cream. True to life meringue mushrooms will also be created in class to decorate the Yule log. Students will get to sample their creation and leave with the techniques to make one at home.
