Nature Sketch Group

The Nature Sketch Group began as an offshoot from a week-long class. Each session typically kicks off with a creative prompt—open to interpretation—to spark inspiration. From there, we sketch live, drawing from anything and everything the park offers. At the end of each gathering, we come together to share our sketches and reflect on our experiences guided by prompts like “I noticed…,” “It reminds me of…,” and “I wonder…”
This is a self guided time to gather with other artists and if you've always wanted to try sketching outdoors this is your opportunity! Participants must bring their own materials/supplies and provide their own transportation.
All are welcome!  We are happy to see you every week or whenever it works into your schedule.
