ADULT COOKING: Cooking with Guinness

Cooking with beer is easy and adds a depth of flavor that is not achieved with any other ingredient. Chef Shannon shows you how to incorporate beer into classic winter dishes such as Cheese and Beer Fondue and Beef and Beer Chili in this interactive cooking class. Registration required. Wine and beer available at class. 

Instructor Bio: Shannon has been teaching cooking classes in the Saratoga area for many years, most recently with Healthy Living Market. Her training at the Culinary Institute of America and her elementary education background is evident in every class she teaches. She enjoys working with students of all ages and developmental abilities. Shannon is passionate about sharing her love of cooking healthy foods, from scratch, with her community. Shannon lives in Wilton with her husband and three daughters.
