All of these things are daunting to us, unfortunately they are also common. We can connect ourselves to the energy of a situation at such a deep level that we cannot let go of it. Consciously we know we need to let go and move on, but we are subconsciously stuck in this circle of connection. Join us for a guided meditation to raise our energy levels and remove stress from our mind and body.

We offer zero gravity and lay flat beach chairs to the first 10 participants who register through our online system. You are welcome to bring your own or feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket.
