There are few more satisfying dishes than risotto and gnocchi. We'll show you how to make a proper risotto and two kinds of gnocchi: the classic boiled variety plus a divine baked Roman version. Learn the tricks you need to making the best of both these Italian comfort foods, with a lemony green salad to balance out these hearty dishes. 

  • Risotto Parmigiano with Butternut Squash + Sage or Asparagus + Lemon (seasonal)
  • Fresh Ricotta Gnocchi with Classic Marinara Sauce
  • Baked Gnocchi alla Romana 
  • Tuscan Kale Salad with Lemon-Parmigiano Dressing
