Pensacola Cooks Incubator Partner, Luther E Scott III, joins you in the central dining area to serve you his four-course Mother's Day dinner. Luther comes with 18 years of hospitality and restaurant experience and an AS in Culinary Management. He was awarded 3rd place in 2021 and 2nd place in 2023 at the SkillsUSA Florida culinary competition. In early 2024, he opened Luther's Touch of Heaven, which is his catering business. 
His vision is to change the way we look at food, bring stories alive through the food he serves and offer an unparalleled dining experience. Additionally, Luther enjoys growing the food that nourishes our bodies and also growing the young people of our community, equipping them with culinary skills. He invites you to join him as he creates dishes that will surely satisfy you to the core.
