Acrylic paint is a very versatile medium. It can be used in thin washes like watercolors, in thicker strokes similar to oils, and in combination with other materials. Acrylic painting introduces the beginning art student to the basics from how to handle the paint to mixing rich and beautiful colors to complete a unique painting on canvas! Students will be guided through multiple painting styles and techniques while referencing Impressionist painters such as Van Gogh and contemporary painters of today!
There will be a snack break approximately halfway through class each day. Included in your camp registration is 1 snack or drink per day. Students may bring cash to purchase additional snacks or drinks or bring their own additional snacks or drinks, if desired. Additional snacks and drinks are $1 each.
