• Smooth choux pastry piped into mounds and baked to puffy perfection. Filled with your choice of cream.

Glazed Chocolate Eclairs

• Test your  choux pastry piping skills to make elongated eclairs. Dip the final shell in chocolate ganache for a delicious finale. 

Pastry Cream 

•  A rich, creamy custard used as a filling for pastries, with a smooth texture and a subtle vanilla flavor. 

Chantilly Cream 

•  Sweetened whipped cream infused with vanilla, creating a light and airy filling that adds elegance to any dessert.
