Crêpes are one of France’s most versatile gifts to the world of food. Capable of supporting both savory and sweet dishes, they are easier to make than you think. Seriously! Tonight Chef Laura Thomsen will lead you in an informative class as she teaches basic culinary skills that you’ll use at home to whip, measure and pour your way through tasty recipes like savory Crêpes with Cream Chicken, Crêpes with Seafood Newburg, and Crêpes with Mascarpone Cheese & Strawberries.  What a perfect night out with your sweetie, your family or your besties at one of our most popular cooking class topics. Oui!  Oui! You’ll be so fancy when you re-create these delicacies in your own kitchen!
