The Photography Workshop, Inc. Classes, Workshops & Summer Camp Reservation, Cancellation, Liability & Privacy Policies Registration & Payments Students may register online, by phone, or by mail. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash. Early registration is strongly encouraged. If a class is full, you may request to be placed on a waiting list. In rare cases where a class does not meet minimum enrollment, The Photography Workshop may reschedule the class or issue a credit toward a future session. Note: We are not responsible for typographical errors. Descriptions, dates, prices, and locations are subject to change without notice. Cancellations & Refunds If you cannot attend, we encourage you to transfer to another class if space allows. To cancel, please contact us by phone or email. 60+ days before start date: 75% refund 31–59 days before start date: 50% refund Within 30 days of start date: No refund You may transfer your registration to another person with prior approval. Photographs & Video The Photography Workshop reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during classes or events for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us at the time of registration. By participating, you grant permission for images or videos of you or your child to be used without compensation or additional notice. Waiver & Release of Liability By registering for any class, camp, or event with The Photography Workshop, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept all risks of participation, including those arising from negligence of The Photography Workshop, its staff, volunteers, or affiliates. Medical Fitness: You certify that you (or your child) are physically fit to participate in all activities offered and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. Medical Responsibility: You are financially responsible for any medical treatment required during participation and agree that The Photography Workshop is not liable for related expenses. Inherent Risks: You understand that participation may involve risks of serious injury, illness, or death due to terrain, weather, equipment, transportation, or other factors. Waiver & Indemnification: You release, discharge, and agree not to hold The Photography Workshop or its representatives liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Media Release: You grant permission for photographs and recordings taken during participation to be used in any media for promotional purposes without compensation. Property Responsibility: You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by you or your child to property during participation. Behavior & Rules: You agree to follow all rules and instructions from The Photography Workshop staff. Failure to comply may result in dismissal without refund.
