basics of making a good fresh cheese that's easy to make at home.  Ricotta will be the star of this event.  I will show you how easy it is to make a super easy....cheesy stuffed shell recipe incorporating the fresh ricotta, herbs and Italian sausage that will delight your flavor senses!  Of course...there will be a glass of wine and a side
salad and dessert that are included in this fun post VALENTINES DAY event!
