We are delighted to announce our new Virtual Basic Knife Skills class. We have realized over the years that many people do not know how to correctly use kitchen knives. During this class we will show you how to slice, chop, dice,and mince the professional way.Which will make all your food preparation so much easier and quicker. You will need to bring an 8-10" chef knife and a small paring knife. This class is scheduled to run for approx 1 hour
Once you register you will receive a shopping list for the class. You will be sent the class link the day before the class.
