This class will teach students how to capture memorable images of birds.
Special guest lecturer: Warren Hatch, international award winning bird photographer, 2017 National Audubon Photography Winner.
Intended audience: Photographers interested in learning how to take capture stunning images of birds. Participants should have a working knowledge of their 35mm camera body. To maximize the value of the field shooting session, an interchangeable lens of at least 200 or 300mm is suggested. This class is not intended as an introduction to photography.
Much of the material covered will be of benefit the photography of any wildlife species, however the emphasis will be on and capturing standout images of avian species.
First class/Lecture (Thursday, May 17) will be held at Pierce Middle School, West Chester, PA.
Second class/Field Trip (Saturday, May 17) will be held in the morning in Fairmount Park, Phila., PA. either 8:30am-10:30am or 11:00am-1:00pm.
