Class Description:
Join us for an interactive Saturday morning of cooking fun – Little Italy-Style! Chef Bruce Campbell will teach you some of his favorite Italian recipes in a fun and relaxed way. He’ll start off with a first course, then move right into our cooking lesson as he teaches you the simple steps to making homemade egg pasta. Next, the cooking fun begins as you throw an apron on and learn the “well” technique and work alongside Bruce to make homemade Fettuccine and a cheese-filled Tortellini plus two classic Italian sauces including a sinful Carbonara (made the right way of course!) and a Classic Marinara Sauce to enjoy with your fresh pasta.  We’ll finish with a sweet Italian dessert. Mangia!

NOTES:

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund. 
• This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.

• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
