Brad Smith from Blue Agave of Saratoga and his executive chef present a Mexican dinner with recipes featuring organic One With Life silver tequila. The menu includes shrimp and scallop ceviche, red pepper and Boursin cheese stuffed chicken and One With Life tequila Cheesecake. Local business owner, Lisa Elovich will join us to explain how her One With Life tequila is produced and offers unique drink recipes as well. Wine and beer are also available. Seating is limited. Instructor Bios:
Although restaurant owner, Brad Smith, was raised in Saratoga Springs, his education took him to the University of Las Vegas where he earned a Masters in Hospitality Management. While out west where he worked at the Green Valley Ranch, The Wynn Hotel and Casino and finally became general manager of Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill in Caesar’s Palace. In 2011 Brad returned to Saratoga and has worked at Forno Grill and Saratoga Raceway and Casino. He is excited to finally realize his dream of opening his own Mezcal restaurant and tequila bar, Blue Agave.
