Project Pick Up Policy

Your canvas, glass, wood, mosaic, and acrylic painted pottery projects are all same day masterpieces and can be taken with you on the same day you created them.

Fired pottery must stay with us for a little longer. Your fired creations will be ready for pick up in 10-14 days.

Due to limited storage, any creations left in our studio longer than 30 days will be discarded. No refunds and/or studio credits will be issued.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your reservation fee is non-refundable, this is the same as your studio fee (cost to sit and create). The cost of your creation (pottery, glass, etc.) is separate and is charged during your visit.

Please call (410) 878-3318, if you are running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after your reservation time will still be seated if/when space is available in the studio. If there are no seats available, you are welcome to make a reservation for another date. However, if you do not contact us prior to the 15 minutes after your reserved time, you will lose the seating payment.
