Food & Pots: Focus - Main Course

Wednesdays / 8 weeks, January 13 - March 2 / 6:30 - 8:30 with Bethany Kramer / $240

In this twist on our typical Food & Pots class we are going to focus in on the main course!  Students will pick a recipe and create a piece to compliment that dish.  Main course dishes include trays, platters, casseroles, likked forms, and serving bowls.  We'll also make ceramic utensils to go along with your dish and end the class with a feast!  Look for this class to show up throughout the year with a different focus each time.  The next two will be appetizers/desserts and soups/salads.  By the end of the year there will be a complete 2016 cookbook with photos and recipes from all of the classes.  Wheel 2 or similar experience required.
