3/15 St. Patrick's Day Celebration Class

Come join in on the fun learning a little bit of Irish Cuisine to celebrate the season!  We will start out the evening making mini reuben balls with a Russian dressing dipping sauce.  Then on to preparing individual Shepherd's pie for our entree with a ground lamb and beef mix.  To finish off the evening we will enjoy mini Dublin Irish cheesecakes.  Wearing of the green and a little blarney is welcome.  Green beer will be available for purchase as well.
