Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Cancellations more than 14 days before camp will receive a refund of the amount paid less a $75 cancellation fee. If cancellation is received less than 14 days but more than 48 hours before the camp start date, a gift certificate will be issued for the amount paid less $100. Less than 48 hours cancellation, a gift certificate for the amount paid less $100 will be issued only if we can fill the spot with another camper. Transfers to another week are $25 with a minimum of 2 weeks notice before the earlier week.
