Class Description:
Transport yourself to the sun-kissed hills and rustic charm of the Italian countryside of Tuscany as Executive Chef Jim Tinkham explores the vibrant flavors and traditional dishes that define this picturesque region. From satisfying appetizers to hearty entrées and decadent desserts, you'll learn to craft a complete Italian-inspired meal that will ignite your passion for Italian cuisine.

Start your culinary adventure off with Goat Cheese Crostini with Tomato Basil. Then we will learn to elevate classic Bruschetta with a puree that marries the earthy flavors of artichokes with the freshness of tomatoes and basil. After a light, refreshing Tomato and Mozzarella Caprese Salad drizzled with olive oil, we will learn the art of pasta-making as we create delicate Tagliatelle infused with the bright flavors of Lemon and Toasted Pine Nuts. Chef Jim will then show us how to make Braised Asparagus with Garlic and White Wine. Our main entrée is Tuscan-Style Strip Steaks marinated with Tuscan herbs and spices. We’ll conclude our culinary journey with Tiramisù, that classic Italian dessert layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone cheese, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Buon Appetito!

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• This class is for adults 18+. Children 14-17 years old are allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let us know if you plan to bring a minor.

If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
