Eating for Beauty: Ladies Night

Eating for Beauty is a class designed for ladies who want to learn to nourish, cleanse and beautify by utilizing the benefits of a fresh-food diet.  In this three hour hands on cooking class, you'll learn how the foods you eat can enhance not only your appearance but also vitality & health.  So, leave the boys at home and head out for a night of delicious food, beauty tips n' tricks and, of course, wine!  Bring your girlfriends or come solo to make new friends!

• Warm Sweet Potato Salad with Avocado and Baby Spinach
• Roasted Garlic Cous Cous
• Baked Cod with Tomato & Thyme
• Dark Chocolate Ganache Pie with Strawberries
