KIDS & TEENS ROCK THE KITCHEN: Pie in the Sky

Chef Pam nurtures our young, budding cooks, sharing the fun and excitement of cooking their own food. All the while kids and teens are learning great cooking techniques for a lifetime of cooking enjoyment! This class is designed for all ages. Class time is 2 1/2 hours.

Skills learned in this class: Science of pie crust, starch as a thickener, custard theory
