About The Chalice Weekend:
The Chalice is an annual charity event comprised of two tournaments- a premier invitational tournament as well a public tournament. The premier event is a 3-week fundraising campaign featuring 16 prominent personalities in the Magic: the Gathering community, culminating in a day-long tournament for the benefit of SeriousFun Children’s Network. This year, the premier event will take place on Sunday, October. 27th.
About this event:
In addition to the 16-Player premier tournament, Mox Boarding House is hosting an exclusive Modern charity tournament on Saturday, Oct. 26th, with almost $3,000 in store credit and product prizes! We would love you to join us in gathering and giving!
Details:
- Six Swiss rounds on Saturday, October 26th, featured on twitch.tv/cardkingdom Modern Format, Competitive REL. Hard Cap of 64 players.$50 Entry. All entry fees will go to SeriousFun Children’s Network
- Start Time: 11:00 am (please arrive 30 minutes before the tournament start)
- Winner of Public Chalice Tournament will have their name engraved next to the winner of the main event on the Chalice trophy.
- All players in the public charity tournament will receive a custom Chalice playmat and lapel pin with entry fee.
