π Day 3: Fresh Egg Pasta, Tomato Sauce, Meatballs (Wednesday, March 27th)
π Day 4: Risotto, Seared Chicken, Grilled Vegetables (Thursday, March 28th)
π Day 5: Thin-crust Pizza, Calzone, Caesar Salad (Friday, March 29th)
Dietary Note: The recipes contain gluten, dairy, meat, and eggs. Substitutions are not available. Lakehouse Kitchens is not a nut-free environment; however, we will not be utilizing any nuts for the classes.
