Please read our policy

All sales are final. No refunds or account credits. We understand things come up. We are happy to move your reservation to another date ONE time with at least a 48 hour notice. You must choose from dates available at time of cancellation for us to be able to move the reservation. We are only able to do this in person or by phone. We do not accept cancelations by email, social media or answering machine messages unless you receive a confirmation back from us. If you are not able to choose a date to re schedule at the time of cancelation you would lose the payment. If you feel like you will not be able to drive safely because of weather or are not feeling well please call us to move event to another date at least 48 hours ahead. No shows will not be given a credit or the ability to move to another class. We consider someone a no show if they do not arrive after 15 minutes of event start time. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to weather. We do not usually cancel events for weather but if we do you will be asked to choose another date. Please dress for mess: Splatter painting can get a little messy but, hey that is part of the artistic fun. Art Escape will not be held responsible for damaged clothing or personal items due to paint. To keep a relaxed atmosphere at Art Escape we do not allow personal music or noisemakers. Thank you for understanding.

Dress for Mess – It’s All Part of the Fun! Splatter painting is a messy, exciting experience, and we provide ponchos and shoe covers for all guests to protect your clothing. However, we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting paint on—embrace the creative chaos! Bathrooms are for restroom use only and will remain unavailable for washing off or changing during sessions. We provide a designated cleanup sink for washing hands and minor cleanups after your session. If your group requires access to the bathrooms for additional cleanup a $35 cleaning fee will apply. Thank you for helping us keep the studio organized and ready for everyone to enjoy their splatter painting adventure!

All guests will wear a poncho and shoe covers in the splatter room.
