Each student will create their own batch of quick puff pastry from scratch to take home, learning how to incorporate butter and repeatedly fold the dough to make thousands of butter layers. Plus, each student will bake off a sweet galette (Rustic French Apple Tart) and a savory tart (made with fresh herbs and veggies).
