Spanish Tapas - Small Plates, Big Taste

In Spain, Tapas is everyday eating with amped up flavors and fresh, easy ingredients. In this class, we'll make a diverse menu of traditional Tapas dishes made with a wide variety of spices and seasonings, fresh and dried fruits and veggies and classic Spanish meats and cheeses.  Prepare and eat as the food is ready, right at our large cooking island.  BYOB, beer or Spanish wine to enjoy with this unique, fun-to-make menu.  Adults and kids 12 and over with an adult.
