Learn how to create an Arts & Crafts style three-stem candelabra from start to finish, step-by-step, instructed by Ben Caldwell & his daughter, Izzy.
This workshop will cover the following topics:
- How to prepare a workspace and materials
- How to use metalworking tools and an anvil
- How to implement metalsmithing techniques: hammering, texturing, shaping, soldering, cold connections, annealing, and applying a pot ash patina

Ben Caldwell and his daughter, Isabel (Izzy) Caldwell have joined forces to co-teach coppersmithing classes! Ben has been teaching sculpture, coppersmithing, silversmithing, and jewelry-making classes for more than 23 years throughout the US.
Ben and Izzy want to share with you the traditional coppersmithing techniques and methods that have withstood the tests of time for thousands of years.
