Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class Absences: There is no refund or transfer for absence from workshops for any reason. We will do our best to pack up the missed projects from that day for you to complete at your home. If the project is not suitable to be completed at home, a comparable project will be packed for you. Please Dress for a mess. Wear “art clothes” or pack your child with a smock each day. ClayNation activities may include painting, sanding wood, working with glass, glass fusing tools, and possibly other sharp objects. We will give guidance and supervision with each activity, but we do not hold responsibility for accidents that happen during camp. Sessions meet Monday -Thursday daily from 9:30-12:30 pm (with the exception of week 1). Please pack your child with a snack and drink each day. We will do our best to have snack time outside whenever possible. ClayNation reserves the right to cancel a class/workshop with 24 hours notice. All classes require 2 or more participants in order to be held. If ClayNation cancels your class for any reason a full refund will be issued. I grant to ClayNation the right to take photographs of me/my child and my property in connection with classes enrolled into above and furthermore these photos may be used for the purpose of promotion, marketing, or print and electronic publication. We will do our best to complete every project scheduled. If your child does not finish during the scheduled time, we are happy to send you home with the project and all supplies needed. Projects are subject to change depending on material/supply availability and the time it takes for students to complete each project within the time frame. We will do our best to fire student work and have it sent home at the end of each workshop week. That being said, sometimes the kilns are unpredictable and take longer than expected. If we do not send home fired work at the end of the week you will need to come collect it at a later date. We will hold summer student art work until September 15th. Please make sure to collect all projects no later than that date.
