MJC Class: 'More than Jam'n Strawberries'

Strawberry season is in full swing and making a delicious jam is one way to take advantage of the season. In this MJC Community Class, we will not only take a delicious jam AND can it, we will also make a strawberry syrup and a strawberry lemonade concentrate that you can freeze! This is a great class to take if you are new to CANNING and you love strawberries or know someone that does! Everyone goes home with a jar of jam and recipes! Registration and payment are through MJC (see note below).
