KIDS COOKING: Chef Alton Brown's Mac 'n Cheese

Today Chef Shannon Beckwith takes a look at Alton Brown's scientific take on cooking with a recipe for mac 'n cheese. Kids will learn how food coloring and vinegar combine to create this vibrant dessert. This is an interactive cooking class that focuses on kitchen techniques and understanding recipes.
