AUGUST 2018 5-Day Hands-on Culinary Vacation

August 13 - 17, 2018 
An absolutely wonderful experience combining food, wine and visits to local producers. This Monday to Friday program includes a daily hands-on cooking class where you will prepare and enjoy a three-course meal, along with producer and market visits, wine tastings with a winemaker, and lots of tips on food and wine pairing. There is ample free time to explore the region and take in theatre, local history and sightseeing. Daily start times subject to adjustment closer to program dates based on winery events and local opportunities for off-site activities.
