Intro to Aerial Silks

Come learn the basics of Aerial Silks! Instructor Delia Jimenez will spend the hour teaching you all the basic tips, tricks, and techniques!

- Wear close-fitting clothes, nothing too loose or flowy

- All participants must fill out a waiver. This can be done online at stonemoves.com or in person.

- Class is one hour, choose between the morning or afternoon time slot (11am OR 4pm).
