Class Description:
Our kitchen is yours tonight! Join us for the comforting and authentic flavors that have made Italian cuisine a beloved favorite worldwide and a staple of dinner parties with friends and family. Your guide is our long-time instructor, Chef Sergio Lara, who has a passion for culinary education in global cuisine.

Tonight, you will prepare several dishes and learn from a few cooking demonstrations. We’re serving up all the classic favorites of a true Italian dinner party. Starting the night off with a Caesar Salad: crisp romaine lettuce tossed in a tangy homemade Caesar dressing with buttery and crisp croutons. Your entree tonight is fresh, homemade Pasta from scratch- a true labor of love that elevates any Italian meal. It’s surprisingly easy to make, and once you’ve had it fresh, there’s no going back.

We’ll be pairing the Pasta with a rich and creamy Chicken Marsala. Chicken cutlets are sautéed and coated in a sauce made of a reduction from Marsala wine and butter, then flavored with garlic and herbs. Adding some brightness to your plate is a medley of seasoned Roasted Vegetables. And no Italian dinner party is complete without a night-cap of traditional Biscotti and Coffee.

Whether you're a seasoned home cook or a culinary novice, this hands-on class will equip you with the skills and confidence to recreate these timeless Italian dishes in your own kitchen. This is a perfect night out with friends and family.

• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ retail store will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class. Please enjoy a 10% discount on all items in our retail store during the full calendar day/night of your class or event.
• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• This class is 18+, but is a family-friendly class (ages 14+). Children 14-17 years old are allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let us know if you plan to bring a minor.
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes. If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
