When you set out to form your business, you need to also think about the end.  How will you exit the business? Do you want to sell it, take it public, pass it on to future generations, or just shut it down when you are done? Success takes on different forms and this session will help you prepare for managing your business with your end goals in mind.

This course is structured in a lecture and workshop format; giving you not just the theory, but real world scenarios.

This course is offered in face to face delivery and simultaneously delivered as a live online course.  To view this course online, students will have to login to our leaning management system to access the live feed during the scheduled class time.  Online students will be able to interact with the instructor and other students online and in the classroom.
