Woodshop: Charcuterie & Cheese Boards

Wow your guests by serving bread and cheese on a charcuterie board made by you! Students will leave class with 2 charcuterie boards, 1 made by gluing-up multiple domestic hardwoods, the 2nd made from a single species of hardwood.

Plan Your Visit

All materials and safety equipment supplied.  Closed-toed shoes, long sleeved shirts, natural fibers (cotton, denim, linen), with long hair pulled back. Plan to arrive for class about 10-15 min early and check in at the front desk.  Our main entrance is on State Street, with parking in the Gravity garage (access on State St across from Lucas St), validation for Gravity Garage included in your class price. Please bring the ticket from the garage with you.
