All About Citrus Marmalades

Citrus season is in full swing and it's not just about the oranges! Grapefruit, lemon-lime and other citrus marmalades are delicious and a great way to use the gift of our bounty. Come to this workshop and learn all sorts of tricks and tips to make the most delicious marmalades that will amaze your family and friends. Instructor Bambi Porter will teach you to properly water-bath can your marmalade making it shelf stable so that you can enjoy it all year long! Everyone goes home with a jar and the confidence to make it at home.
