This class is great for adults and kids alike. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We have two wheels so we can accommodate two people at a time. You may register 1 or 2 people. 
Lessons must be pre-booked online. 
Registration: $50 hour
For 2 people: $100

Description: The art of creating pottery out of clay by turning it on a wheel is thousands of years old. In fact, some historians date wheel throwing to the 4th millennia B.C. Today, artisans sit behind the pottery wheel to feel the pleasure that comes from crafting something beautiful and useful out of nothing more than a lump of clay. Spending time behind a pottery wheel is a wonderful way to reduce stress and find a creative outlet that takes you back to a simpler time. During this one-hour class, students will create a piece out of clay using the pottery wheel. We will then fire the piece and you can come back and paint it in 2-3 weeks. Your finished piece will be available for pick up 1-2 weeks later after it has been kiln-fired.

What to bring: All supplies are provided by the studio. Please come wearing clothing that can stand up to a little clay splatter and be comfortable.
