While we primarily are a walk-in studio, we highly recommend calling ahead or making a booking, especially for larger groups or if you plan to join us on weekends or holidays. You can easily reserve your spot by clicking the booking link or giving us a call at the studio.
✨A friendly note: Thursday nights from 7 pm onwards are exclusively for adults to enjoy.
✨When reserving, kindly ensure the number of seats you request matches the total count of attendees. Our studio has a cozy capacity of 30 seats, and we kindly ask that if you're seated, you're actively engaged in painting.
✨During weekend visits a three hour time limit is observed. If you require additional time to complete your piece, feel free to take it home with paints or return on any other day (excluding Sat/Sun from 10 am to 6pm or holidays) to finish, at no extra cost. Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated.
✨Additionally, we continue to offer convenient to-go kits for curb-side pickup & drop-off.
✨Our pricing structure provides a general overview: For children, the average cost falls within the range of $36 to $38 and for adults, the typical range is $32 to $45.
✨When making an online reservation, choose your desired date & time. Scroll down to indicate the number of guests attending. Your support is deeply appreciated at Clay & Cupcakes – thank you sincerely for choosing us!
✨To secure your reservation, a $10 deposit per person is required, deducted from your total upon arrival. We'll hold your table for 15 minutes, but if you anticipate a delay, please inform us.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request a 48-hour notice to issue a credit for a future event. Said credit expires one year from date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
