Full refund if Arrowhead or the instructor cancels class. Full refund if cancelled at least 1 week before the class date. No refunds for less than a week's notice, missed sessions, early departures, or no-shows. If you can't make the 1-week cancellation window, you are welcome to have someone come in your place; otherwise, the no-refund policy remains. All classes have a minimum student requirement. If the minimum is not met, then the class will be cancelled. You will be notified 2-3 days before the class starts by email.
