Pies 101

It's never too early to get your pie game on. In this one-day workshop, attendees will learn how to make a perfect, flaky, tender pie dough. You will learn important techniques like blind baking (and if you really need to or not). We'll show you how to make a delicious filling and of course, the toppings that accompany them. Don't let the holidays sneak up on you this year! Get those rolling pins out and bake!

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian
