Special Event: Glass Fusing Nightlight

Learn a new art form and create new memories and keepsakes. In our class, students will have access to a full-range of colors and the artistic freedom to create a custom nightlight. Your glass project includes the nightlight kit and will be fully assembled on pickup. No experience is necessary. Your instructor will guide you through every step of the process as you create your one of a kind ornament using glass pieces to design and decorate. Participants have the freedom to create their own design. This is not a class where everyone makes the same design. We do recommend visiting Pinterest for design inspiration. Our staff will guide you when choosing a design and help you follow through. Please note not all designs online are doable for a first time experience, we do ask that you are flexible with your design choices.

Glass fusing
is the process of creating objects with glass by heating them in a kiln.  Participants will learn how to use various tools and how to score and break glass to create a custom piece.

Requirements: Participants must wear closed toed shoes, and safety glasses (provided). Loose, long sleeves are not recommended. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age requirement is 12 years old, no exceptions. No children or babies are permitted to attend. Due to the nature of the project no food items are allowed to be consumed in the classroom during this class.


Pick up: Items will be kiln fired and ready to pick up one week after the class.  This class will host a maximum of 15 students.
