Home Canning Basics: Holiday Jams and Jellies - Home Canning Basics: Jams and Jellies: Learn how to can and preserve seasonal fruit into your own homemade jams and jellies. This class will cover the kinds of products that can be canned and preserved at home, canning do's and dont's, and the equipment you'll need to get started. We’ll get hands-on with basic food preservation techniques and will learn how to make delicious jams and jellies throughout the growing season. You’ll leave with jars of your creations and the skills to start doing your own canning at home safely and confidently.

This hands-on workshop is for adults 18+. Class length estimate is 3 hours.
